Hyatt Regency Lisbon

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire team was exceptional, always kind, professional, and ready to assist with a smile. It’s rare to find such a consistently high level of service, but every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the room design to the common areas, is clearly thought out with the guest’s comfort in mind. The location is fantastic too, making it easy to explore. That said, there was one person who truly stood out, I believe his name was Antony. He often wore a white t-shirt and had the most unforgettable blue eyes. I think he might be one of the managers, and he deserves a special mention. Antony was incredibly attentive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Also at the restaurant a special thank you to Rafaela, such a kind person and the lady from the yellow car. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff is wonderful. The food was very good. I would definitely stay here again. I also recommend letting the hotel setup tours for you. They use a company called Choose Your Emotion Tours and this company seems to work exclusively with hotels. We did a tour with them and it was wonderful. The guide, Pedro, was very friendly and accommodating. We all wanted to move to Lisbon after the tour.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and helpful as well. The onsite restaurants are also really good. We went to the spa on our first day of arrival and it was seriously one of the highlights of our trip. This hotel is at a good location as it is very easy to hop on a tram/bus. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.
