Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment

Stayed for 5 nights and had such a lovely time! The rooms are modern (river-facing rooms have a spectacular view), the hotel is QUIET, the location is serene despite being in the city — and it’s less than 10 minutes to the tube, with bus stops within walking distance, a Tesco Express and other grocery 3-4 mins walk, and easy Bolt/Uber availability. Also, air conditioning was phenomenal during this recent heat wave. I was on business travel / solo and highly recommend this hotel! Lastly, a huge thanks to Ramona for truly going above and beyond to ensure comfort throughout my stay, and to Ela for her hospitality and wonderful recommendations! 10/10 will stay again!

Had a 2 night stay with work and was blown away with the facilities and service at this hotel. Fabulous room, very clean and fantastic amenities provided. I had forgotten a hair brush and barely had time to put down the phone to front desk before the door knocked and one was presented to me with no charge. Shower with great water pressure and hot water immediately. Small touches like a heated towel rail, magnified mirror, nail file, and other small items are brilliant. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is perfect, great variety in the buffet and a menu if you’d like something specific like french toast or eggs benedict. Coffee was regularly refilled and plates cleared quickly. I also used the gym which is open 24/7 and was very clean with great, modern equipment. Always baffles me when reviews score negatively based on location or proximity to the tube… easily researched when booking the hotel and hardly the hotels fault it’s a (whopping!) 12 minute walk to Vauxhall station. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment was a true blend of comfort, style, and location. The room was sleek, modern, and spotlessly clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the Thames and the iconic London skyline. Waking up to that view was an unforgettable highlight. We loved the peaceful location — tucked away from the hustle yet just a short walk to Westminster, the London Eye, and charming riverside strolls. The hotel’s rooftop bar was an unexpected gem. Sipping cocktails while watching the city light up at night was a perfect end to our busy days. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars? A few small details could be improved (such as breakfast variety and service speed during peak times), but nothing that detracted from the overall fantastic experience. Would absolutely stay again — especially for couples or solo travelers seeking modern luxury without the chaos of central London.
