Hyatt Regency London The Churchill

Just had a wonderful stay here... rooms were very large for a London hotel. As others have said, the service and politeness of everyone working there was first class. A birthday treat, wine, and card from management was given, and when I went for an early checkout (before the lounge or restaurant was open) the kind gentleman at the front desk went and got coffees for my wife & I. And on the first night we asked the housekeeper for 2 extra face cloths... and every day they included 2 fresh extras... wonderful. The lounge was quite nice, on par with luxury hyatts in Asia... nice food and snack offerings, as well as beer and variety of sodas. And we never found it to be too crowded. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was great...a lot of delicious options. The bed was super comfortable, didn't want to get out of it most mornings. Only complaint was the shower... the design was a short glass wall, so water spilled out onto the floor every time making a bit of a mess. Wonderful neighborhood for evening walks.

Fantastic stay for an American family in London. We stayed in a garden view family room with a king bed and two twins. It was ample space with two bathrooms and a connecting door. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and the service was everything you’d expect from a five star hotel in London. Proximity to local transport was plentiful and made for easy walks and breakfast downstairs was lovely. I’d highly recommend it.

First time here on a business vacation. Excellent location, excellent service, very safe and great security. Beds were super comfortable and slept like a baby. Showers with lots of water pressure. Staff very very attentive and super polite. Abner the doorman super professional. Had a small final dinner in the Montague and it was a 5 star experience too. Everything so pleasant and centrally located, well definitely be back.
