I met Michelle at the front desk during checkout, and she was absolutely wonderful! Even though it was the end of my stay, she still made such a positive impression so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process smooth and easy, and her kindness really stood out. Not only Michelle, but every single staff member I interacted with from the restaurants to the front desk, the pool, and everywhere in between was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made my stay at Hyatt Place Lost Pines feel special. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!
Our stay at the Hyatt was so much fun! The lazy river was the best part!! Even during its busy times it was still enjoyable to be in the water amongst the incredible outdoor environment. The property is in the most beautiful location. So hidden, quiet, and serene. Breakfast at Heartwood House was delicious. I would recommend ordering off the menu, not buffet. I would also recommend eating at Old Bucks for dinner and enjoying it pool side during these hot summer days! My only suggestion would be for staff members to start clean up in the early morning hours to provide a clean environment for those guests who go outside early in the morning. I went out with my girls for a walk to the river at 7:30 am and there was trash on the grounds left over from the night before. It was hard to enjoy such beauty amongst the trash on the grounds. Other than that I would highly recommend this resort and we can’t wait to be back!
Start by saying all the staff were great and the rooms were nice. My dissatisfaction is relative to the price point. Taxes, fees, etc. our King size room was over $500/night. Definitely make sure you make dinner reservations at any of the restaurants or you will have a substantial wait anytime after 5:30. They do not have appropriate dining capacity for the size of the resort. The golf course is good, but again disappointed relative to the price point.
