Hyatt Regency Louisville

I would stay here again. I liked the location and the rooms were clean. It would have been better if they worked the restaurant food and bar area downstairs. Make it more inviting for dinning. There are plenty of options around though.

It's a nice location but the carpet is dirty, the window seal doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned. There are a couple good things. The bed is comfortable and the toilet sits up high and not low to the floor. The bathroom is rather small. It's ok. I may or may not stay again. It's not terrible and it was reasonably priced for the weekend.

Room is nice and clean. Air conditioning works well but is extremely loud. Mini fridge is offensively small - you couldn't even fit a regular sized to-go container in it... maybe one on its' side. Was looking forward to bed, but pillows less than comfortable. Disappointed about that. Hotel staff was okay but not overly helpful with directing to room or helping with valet. No valet staff on site and check-in manager "had to call valet manager", but nobody came. Parking is paid regardless of self- park or valet and is convenient nonetheless.
