Hotel is excellent. Staff are polite helpful and welcomed me with warmth. Check in and Check out was super fast and hassle free. Rooms are good and food was excellent.

Hyatt Hotel Ludhiana – A Memorable Experience I recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Ludhiana, Punjab with my family. While our arrival experience was a bit stressful, the rest of our stay more than made up for it. During check-in, I was asked for a passport and an Indian visa, which I didn’t have readily available. I provided my driver’s license, but it wasn’t accepted as valid ID, which led to some delay and inconvenience. However, once we got past that, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The service at the restaurant was outstanding. A special shoutout to **Amit Bharti**, who took amazing care of our kids, personally asking them what they would like and making sure they were happy. The staff also accommodated special food requests for our family, which made us feel truly cared for. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised when the team offered us something to take along for our trip, and even presented us with a thank-you cake! It was a wonderful moment shared with the hotel staff, and it made our departure extra special. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the amazing team members who made our stay memorable: **Amit, Neha, Saphi, Jyoti, Nylla, Raman, Ajay, Tanish, Varinder, Aman, Ankit, and Anshul** – thank you all for your warmth and hospitality. Despite the initial hiccup at check-in, the overall experience was fantastic. The genuine care, personalized service, and kind gestures truly set this hotel apart. Highly recommended for families looking for a welcoming and attentive stay in Ludhiana.

I have stayed in this property four times and not even once my experience was good. Every time they promised me that their service would improve next time, but every time I’ve stayed here there, something or the other New issue comes up as a surprise. For instance, when I stayed there for the first time there was power cut in the room for almost an hour, and this happened when I was in the shower, the landline in the rooms were not working, and I had to literally go downstairs and get this sorted, and upon my frustration, they change my room . But this time was epic. The moment I entered the room. There was a lizard on my bed. Literally looks like it was waiting for me ,when I went downstairs to the reception to express my concern. They said mam, the housekeeping did all the checking before giving the room….. well, I’m sorry if they would have done their due diligence, there won’t be any lizard on the bed. Then they change me to the other room where it looks like somebody was already using that room and these guys were not even aware of it. There was a used water bottle and I used soap kept in the bathroom to which I insisted these guys to change my room. I mean come on it doesn’t even feel like it fits the Hyatt Standards. There are hardly any options in Ludhiana, so we are left with no choice but to stay with them, but they really need to level up their service as it is creating a wrong name for Hyatt all together. I am really expecting that they would stop having such issues in their rooms and they would be a time where I can stay at high without any problems ever Every time you raise a concern to them. They’ll upgrade your room. That’s the solution. What Hyatt Ludhiana has to offer. I mean well. You don’t have to upgrade my room, but at least give me a decent clean room with proper functioning, electricity and telephone. That’s what we expect, which is very basic. Thanks.
