One of the best hotels in Mainz. Near the city center, 3-4 minutes walk, in a quiet place on the banks of the Rhine River. Great walk along the embankment. The hotel and rooms are clean. The rooms are bright, comfortable. Great view from the window. Bar and restaurant good service and menu.
Great stay at the Hyatt Regency Mainz. This is a very convenient hotel if you have any overnight stopover at Frankfurt Airport. It is basically the same distance from FRA as Frankfurt city center (about 30 minutes by train) but is in a nice peaceful town on the river with some interesting sights. The hotel itself is pretty cool. It seems to be built around the ruins of a historic structure. My room was great with a wonderful river view. Great breakfast and nice small club lounge with great attendants.
A very nice 5 star hotel right on the river! Quiet, great views and a wonderful friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was amazing with an excellent choice of everything!! Fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, etc. Close to the city center for shopping and dining an easy safe walk less than 10 minutes away. Will definitely be staying here again!!
