Hyatt Regency Manila City of Dreams

I stayed here in October 2023 and I can never stop thinking about it. My favourite part was the fact that I could get Nobu as room service to my room!! Not sure if that is still offered now but it was an incredible experience. The service was so nice and although I was really sick and bedridden for the last few nights of my stay (due to something unrelated) the staff were kind to call and check on me, making sure I was okay and if I wanted anything replenished. Also, not to mention the fact that the minibar was free for long-stay guests! The mall inside the hotel had a great variety of food options. The only downside is the security not letting outside food into the hotel causing me to miss out on trying Jollibee for the first time that my friend bought for me.

We stayed 3 nights in Hyatt Regency City of Dreams. Our first contact at the reception was Hazel, the Manager. We found her very professional, friendly, cheerful and very helpful, quick to resolve an issue we’d with the account section. The hotel was well located with good vibes, friendly staff. We won’t hesitate to stay there on our next visit.

I love Hyatt Regency hotels and this one is no exception. The hotel itself is beautiful and I think the decor really matches with the City of Dreams name. Rooms were super comfortable and I really liked the outside view of the surrounding Manila area and the City of Dreams. The pool was exceptional as well and they even have a jacuzzi (which was nice because it was windy when I stayed). The Regency Club was really nice too! Good quality snacks and I have to shout out Michelle who was super attentive in her service, very kind and accommodating always.
