Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes WTC

Stayed there for a family vacation. Nice, clean, and comfortable. All staff are friendly. We used the club room reservation and the Happy Hour Service was great, a big shout out to Rudolfo. The managers on duty are very well trained and experts at problem solving. They took expert care of a seating issue in the Club room. Managers go to great lengths to work with the customers. The food court at Murali restaurant was great and a big shout out to Roberto Carlos.

I stayed for 1 night in April 2025. Positives - The room was extremely comfortable. Very fast internet and excellent shower. Excellent bed. Negatives Lot of street noise. from traffic. The hotel has no designated place for arriving in a taxi or a Uber. One keeps going in circles in one's uber or taxi and there are no indications where the car should stop. This results in having to walk with one's luggage from steet level and taking the escalator to the hotel's lobby few floors up. At the lobby level, the security guards are over zealous and irritating. The only restaurant at lobby level has a limited menu.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was not very positive regarding safety and management. During our stay, a glass door broke, which resulted in my child getting injured—he cut his foot and hand. This was very concerning, as I feel this situation could have been prevented and it is not safe for other guests, especially children. When I reported the incident, the manager’s response was very disappointing. He only agreed to move us to another room after I requested it, but there was no apology or any effort to properly address what had happened. I wasn’t looking for any free compensation, but I did expect the situation to be handled with more care and professionalism. I am sharing this review to make other guests aware and to hopefully encourage the hotel to improve safety measures and train staff to handle incidents like this more appropriately in the future.
