Great place to stay in downtown Milwaukee. Very close to great restaurants and entertainment. Everything I needed was within a four block radius. Room was clean and spacious, beds were fine, worked for me. Everyone who worked at the hotel were very kind and welcoming. Room rates are very reasonable compared with similar hotels. I would stay here in the future.
My husband and I came here a couple weeks ago for a comedy show. We were greeted with cookies right when we checked in, which were very tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet was easy during drop off and pick up. And the bartender was awesome! I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout-out, but she made great drinks and was super attentive to all the guests. 10/10 experience! If we ever come back to Milwaukee, we would definitely come back!
Came here on business. The entrance and lobby are beautiful, the rooms sub-par. Night staff checking us in were nice. Their staff at checkout was snotty. On the 2nd day found that they made charges to my card not just for incidentals but 176.23 room charge, so I went down to the lobby and spoke to the front desk they apologized and said they would then charge the company card and remove the charge from my personal card. Early morning of my final day, I got another alert on my card that they charged me another 226 for my room. I went down to check out, and they had charged my personal but also charged the company card, and all amounts were different. They said they "fixed it" and that i should get my money back on my personal card in 5 to 7 days. The door to my room wouldn't lock the first day there and had to have someone come and fix that. The shower did not have any pressure. Overpriced stay for sure and not worth the headache and stress they brought with trying to double dip on credit cards. I have also reached out to my person credit card holder and let them know of the fraudulent activity with this place. Worst work trip by far.
