Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands

If you love architecture and quiet sophistication, you’ll feel at home here. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the thoughtful design, earthy palettes, natural textures, leafy installations, and traditional African accents that bridge culture and modern elegance. The service was excellent. Staff were warm, responsive, and made me feel welcome without overstepping. The conference room setup is fantastic, clean, professional, and well-equipped. The gym is well-maintained with city views and solid equipment. That said, WiFi had its hiccups. At times, the TV wasn’t responsive, which could be frustrating during a work stay. But overall, the ambiance and calm made up for it. It stretched my budget a little, but the place made it feel worth every coin. A space to learn, to breathe, to enjoy, and to return to.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very kind and room super specious, clean, plus comfortable. The gym has everything that you could need and we loved relaxing in the sauna/seam room. Overall this is a wonderful option in Nairobi and we would love to come back.

Stayed here twice during my time in Nairobi. The hotel feels new and clean. Staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful with all my requests. One of the rooms we were initially given had musty-smelling sheets and pillow covers, but the team acted quickly to resolve it. In general, staff were outstanding. Breakfast was great too, especially the Indian dishes, which were flavorful. I really enjoyed staying here, and would love to stay here again if I’m in Nairobi.
