Wonderful stay at this hotel. I checked in with Set, and he was amazing! Set was able to move things around and get me checked in early. After a long day of travel, this was greatly appreciated. Clean rooms and lobby, great price, and complimentary water at the front desk. 10/10, would stay here again.
I stayed here for a work conference. The great: the staff. These have to be the nicest people! Super friendly and helpful. The good: the restaurants. They are ok. Limited but the food was good and the staff great. The less good: the rooms are dated. Not awful but not "Hyatt" either. The pool bar was never open. There are no shade tents as shown in the photo and the pool is very small. It is clean though so there is that. The horrible: the bed is literally the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a camping cot. Really uncomfortable. If management is reading this, room 1747 needs a new mattress. Ouch!
My experience at this place wasn't good. I can't understand how people can give this hotel a good review. The good: The service, the people who work there, are very friendly, and the hotel facilities are good for its size. The bad: The rooms are outdated and small, with really outdated and small bathrooms that don't have a fan to remove moisture. The rooms smell bad. The beds are uncomfortable, with old and poor mattresses. When you lie down on them, you sink in and you can feel the hardness of the base. The bathrooms don't have essentials like hand soap. We had to change rooms (because the first one smelled like cigarettes), and neither room had soap or anything essential other than shampoo and hair conditioner. I went with my young daughters, and I really won't return. I've been here one night and I already want to leave this place. We've been to many hotels, several in the Hyatt chain, and this is the worst.
