Used a category 4 award to stay here before they were bumped up. I think it’s a really solid cat 4, not a cat 5. That being said the rooms were great with smart amenities and good space design. TV was huge which we loved. Bummer that you can’t open the balcony doors though, no trust :/. Building architecture is stunning and feels super 80s/90s in the best way. Pool and gym were both better than expected, you should definitely take advantage if you can. Loved our stay but don’t see us paying the $ price or the new point price going forward.

This is a fantastic location if you have an early flight. Rooms are clean and quite modern. I had a room with a balcony over parking lot and runway so if you are a plane spotter you'll like it. Good in the bar was good but I couldn't use the restaurant because it was booked for the night. This is perfect for business travellers with early flights.

Our family stayed here before our Disney Cruise. Disney makes it very convenient with transportation and luggage assistance. Check-in was seamless. Staff were very accommodating to our early arrival from our red-eye flight. They were able to get us in so the kids could nap then accommodate our connecting room request later. Room is clean and maintained, clean towels and bedding. No complaints. Pool is nice, you can get food poolside and it was not busy at all. Constant staff presence, plenty of clean towels. My review would have been 5 stars until this point. However. Beware of McCoy's Restaurant. We ate here twice- once for lunch at poolside and dinner at the restaurant. Service was good, but we all got sick in the morning. Typical onset for food poisoning is 12 hours, sometimes earlier. All of us got sick, and we did not eat elsewhere. Doubt we got sick from airline pretzels bags. It was extremely inconvenient to get sick right before our cruise, the symptoms lasted for 24-36 hours. Just awful, we are staying here after the cruise and we will not be dining at any of the restaurants on property.
