An exceptional hotel with outstanding staff and hospitality. The rooms were among the best we have experienced worldwide. We stayed in a family bunk room and were delighted to receive an upgrade to an ocean view — a truly memorable experience. The staff, especially Ms. Kwan at the front desk, were extraordinary, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The manager also checked in with us multiple times, demonstrating genuine care and attention. The food was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing stay! The view was outstanding ! The service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Micky from Recreation, who made our trip unforgettable with a fantastic guided hike — and even treated me to a great coffee afterward! The Marine Discovery Centre is a brilliant concept. My kids absolutely loved building their own aquariums, feeding jellyfish, and learning about sea urchins. It's both educational and fun — a big highlight of our stay. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, although it’s worth noting that the privacy design favors the kids' room, not the parents — something to keep in mind for families. Huge thanks as well to Tee for being so welcoming and helpful, and to Pure from the Spa for the warm hospitality and Disney from recreation for the yoga. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge team went above and beyond throughout our visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of comfort, activities, and excellent service!

Overall great experience! All the staff we met were so polite and helpful. Special thanks to the buggy drivers who appeared rain or shine, day and night. It was raining quite a bit during our stay but they never fail to provide prompt services. The Pool House Kitchen was great, their breakfast buffet has a wide selection, with minor changes daily. Food quality was good too. The dinner was also great, with kids menu as well. Rooms were really a hit and miss; some rooms were higher up on the hill offering better views, some had no views at all and were sort of at the "basement" of that block. The entire compound is on a hill so there are no lifts, hence the need for buggies to ferry guests. We were fortunate to visit during lull season, so there were no delays. But I can imagine during peak season when the hotel is full, there will definitely be waiting time. It is possible to walk down hill to the main restaurants and pool but walking up hill is a real climb. Room cleanliness is alright, floor tiles looked a bit dated. Overall still good! Would recommend for families with young children, but need maybe visit during off peak season.
