Partner and I were staying in the area for an alumni event at TCNJ. Had a wonderful first experience at the Hyatt Regency Princeton! I requested an outdoor-facing room and was granted one, no issues. Michael at the front desk was absolutely lovely. We went to the pool a bit before it closed and it was great! Very spacious, water temperature was good. An employee asked us how it was as we went back through the lobby which was just a great touch. We finished up the night at the bar in the atrium. Great prices for mixed drinks! Ron and Matt were awesome. Beds were very comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature. The next morning, we decided to use our complimentary breakfast vouchers(!) to get food from the buffet. Freshly made, plenty of food! Wish there was a non-pork alternative to the bacon and sausage, but it didn't damper the experience. Cannot wait to come back!
If you want a very noisy hotel then you have found it! Not only was it noisy, ( you can hear everything including events going on til midnight) the elevator was down for one of the days so walking 4 floors up and down was crazy, Also the sheet and pillows was stained, not a 4 star hotel!!! It's a beautiful looking hotel but dont let that fool you!
Rooms are clean, but quite dark, the balcony is very small, and overlooks a parking lot. The customer service is questionable, you really have to keep asking for help until someone will help you, lots of weddings, and the restaurant is not open all of the time, which is tricky. You can grab a salad or sandwich, but I have to say what I grabbed was not fresh. The breakfast is amazing, and for the rest of the meals, they suggest that you use uber eats…
