Hyatt Regency Sacramento

Booked a room with a king-size bed. I was offered an upgrade which gave a view of the capital. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, kind, and courteous. This hotel was very clean I loved it. The room was perfect and the shower....by far the best only because of the water pressure. It was comfortable and quiet. This hotel felt more like your personal bedroom. I plan to bring my children just for the pool and its location to so many other restaurants. +A and 👍🏿👍🏿

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the assistance with our luggage being delivered directly to our room — it made our arrival so much easier. The swimming pool was clean and very enjoyable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, the service was excellent and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

Checked in for a couple days and was welcomed by Jasmine (5 Stars) at the front desk. So welcoming, friendly, and professional. Greeted us with our Hyatt loyalty level, efficiently talked us through the hotel amenities, shared there were waters in the room and upon learning we were celebrating a special event – Jasmine upgraded us to a view of the Capital and provided a free round of drinks at the bar. A great check in experience. As far as the rest of the hotel, no complaints – a nice / well-kept Hyatt in a great location, we will definitely return. Thank you, Jasmine and the entire Hyatt team that made our stay so enjoyable.
