Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City — especially as a dog mom! From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make both me and my pup feel completely at home. Everyone was so warm and accommodating, treating us with genuine kindness and care. The suite was spacious, stylish, and super comfortable — my dog had plenty of room to roam and relax (and may have claimed the couch as her throne!). We spent time lounging by the pool, which has the perfect mix of city views and chill vibes. The service at the pool was so incredible! And the dining options on-site? So good. Whether I was grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for something more elevated, the service and food were top-tier. The location is very convenient with so much in walking distance!! Traveling with a dog can sometimes feel limiting, but not here. Hyatt made it feel seamless and luxurious. Truly one of the most amazing hotel experiences I’ve ever had — I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at the Hyatt over 5 days and had a great experience. The front of house staff was helpful and did a great job keeping up with people. Recommend Contribution for very good drinks made with premium mixers (fever tree). Room service was prompt and quick. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. I was on slow floor (7) and still had views of the mountains. The location is central to many things downtown. I walked to the temple square, to many restaurants, and to Starbucks daily.

This was a surprisingly great property right in the heart of downtown SLC. It is connected to a convention cebter & has covered parking. Everyone we encountered was warm & friendly. We had access to the Regency Club, which had decent snacks and a passable breakfast. The hotel is very clean, from the lobby areas, to the rooms, to the gym. We had an executive suite, which was very spacious, with comfy beds. The bedroom area was a little dim, but we had plenty of space to relax, eat in room, and work. The gym was one of the bigger hotel gyms I've seen, and had great views of the Utah Mountains. Contribution Bar was always packed & served great drinks. The pool is big, and is heated in the winter, which is a nice touch. The hotel is central, so it's 10-12 minutes from the airport, and close to some good dining options. The parking can be pricey, but I'd definitely say just self parking over valet & save a few bucks. I'd recommend though!
