I've been to several conferences here. Always well done. Rooms are clean and attractively decorated. Amenities are kept in great shape. Food is excellent. Hotel is in a great location with walking path along the bay right across the street. Enjoy my stay every time.

Comfortable stay close to SFO. Rooms clean. Check in smooth. Later checkout honored for Loyalty members. Shuttle to SFO supposed to run every 15 minutes until midnight, but waited over 30 minutes mid day. Hotel shares a shuttle with Marriott, and can be extremely crowded with flight crew late in evening. Many passengers could not be accommodated and told to wait. Beautiful airy lobby.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency primarily for its proximity to the airport and the decent Google reviews, but overall, I found it a bit underwhelming. The room was very basic: standard bed, generic bathroom, and a very small coffee maker. This hotel is well-equipped for business travelers. There are plenty of ballrooms and meeting spaces, and two fitness centers — one open 24/7, the other until 9 PM — which was a nice convenience. There’s also a pool, though no lifeguard on duty, so something to be aware of if you’re traveling with kids. Also at the pool area, no food or beverage service is offered. You’ll need to take out food from the restaurant yourself, which felt a bit inconvenient for a full-service hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. The atrium is a pleasant space for breakfast or casual dining, and there’s also a bar and restaurant on site. Still, I felt the food quality didn’t quite match the pricing. One of the bigger drawbacks is parking — there’s no complimentary option, and you’ll need to pay around $40 per night unless you’re offered a guest discount. Overall, it’s a convenient airport hotel, but a bit too basic and overpriced for what you actually get. Would I stay here again? Probably not — but it did the job for quick two nights.
