Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA

This is a nice hotel in a very central location. Feels like a fairly safe neighborhood at night. Nice lobby bar, rooms are quiet and comfortable. The bedding is very high quality, especially the pillows. Towels are so so. No robes. I had a wonderful view on the 31st floor. We had meetings on the second floor and room and service were good. I would recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay here over our wedding weekend! In total we had about ten rooms booked ranging from 3-4 nights for our party. Hotel staff were very accommodating during the booking and check in process. The valet staff were so friendly! Great location for first time visitors to the city without needing a car to get around. Beautiful rooms with great views!

Rooms were really good, nothing really bad about it, service was alright. There was one rude person at the front counter but the breakfast service was pretty good. Breakfast was decent and they have a good range of food. Location if pretty good, very close to downtown and union square and very close to plenty of bus stops which are a game changer if you want to explore SF
