Perfectly situated just outside the Ferry Building, walking distance to all the things to see and do. Staff is very warm and hospitable, rooms were clean and comfortable, and views vast and spectacular. Had the BEST banana pancakes at the breakfast buffet. Also, don’t miss the revolving Regency club on the top floor!
Our one-night business stay at this hotel was highly impressive. The foyer is truly exceptional, soaring to the full height of the building and creating the sensation of an indoor city. The elevators are notably fast and modern. Our room was spacious, contemporary, and featured a comfortable bed. While the view was partially obstructed by a nearby building, we still enjoyed a decent city panorama. Overall, a 5/5 stay.
Great location and beautiful hotel. Our rooms didn’t get serviced for 2 nights but called and got it straightened. Bar and food is a little expensive but good. Close to most touristy areas and safe area. Would definitely come back.
