Our stay was 7 days April 15-22 2025. The location is amazing. Prior to arrival I had the pleasure of speaking to Serena Spring (one of the hotel managers). Serena was receptive to our needs and was also there for advice. During our stay Serena could be seen greeting people with a smile at the front entrance. The hotel was in excellent condition considering it is being demolished in June. I had not had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Wes Santos but he could be seen tidying up as he walked the grounds which shows he does what needs to be done regardless of what it may be. This just shows that nothing is above these two managers. All staff members were helpful such as Max at the recreation counter and many others. My wife enjoyed speaking with Margret at the evening lobby bar. Overall a great stay.

Don't waste your money. Firstly, there is no parking. You have to pay for valet everyday or risk getting towed parking elsewhere. $45/day is ridiculous. Secondly, although this is a 4 star hotel, they don't offer room service. There's no microwave in the rooms. They do have a restaurant but they don't serve lunch. We chose a 2 queen bed room and the beds were NOT queen sized. They were full sized beds. We had to set the AC to 60 to get it even remotely cool in the room and the air filter hadn't been changed in what looked like a year. It was disgusting. There was a vent INSIDE the shower which is a breeding ground for mold. There's also a $30/day "resort fee". We paid a ridiculous amount to stay at this "4 star" hotel that really was not even close to a 4 star standard. You'll have a better experience staying at a 3 star hotel, I promise.

Wow Hyatt! I can’t begin to explain the major disappointment I experienced last night. I realize it’s been years since I’ve been but for the quality to be reduced so much is just mind boggling. I took my bestie there for dinner last night so we could walk over to Van Wezel and see Moulin Rouge. We ordered Espresso Martini’s. They were pure dark, no froth, not iced and in a warm glass…..yes I expect it to be decent for the price. We then just ordered a different drink because the first one was just awful. We ordered the Steak Medallions and were served 2 fat “sirloins”, watery boxed instant potatoes and overly salted snow pea. Seriously. Look at the photo. We sent the food back, spoke to the manager and explained why, he agreed with us and we asked for our check, still overtipped the waiter and left. I hope that this review somehow helps you review some policies, procedures and quality control. It’s a shame, last time I was there I saw Seinfeld and you were top-notch, clearly not now.
