Incredible hotel, centrally located, very lovely staff. Our visit was not a fun one in purpose but we made the most of it and the staff and accommodations at the Hyatt definitely made the trip better. Parking was convenient and easy to navigate, check in was smooth, and our room had some of the best views. We were in a corner double queen suite and we had panoramic views of greater Seattle. Walking distance to the waterfront but also far enough away from all the tourists. There was a large conference happening but you could barely tell with how spacious the building was. The marketplace on the second level accommodate our late night snacking needs and had a lovely selection for breakfast. There were also plenty of food options nearby so we felt like we had good options due to the location. Finally the staff went above and beyond. We were traveling with medicine that needed to be refrigerated at a specific temperature and the front desk was able to send up maintenance to confirm that the in room refrigerator would suffice. The maintenance gentleman understood our concerns and left us with the thermometer so that we could continuously check the temperature as to not spoil the medicine. It was so comforting to receive this level of care over the fridge temperature. I can’t get over the views and service and will definitely be back to this Hyatt in the future.
Updated, upscale hotel in downtown Seattle with impeccable service We booked a double queen room and got 4225. The room was well-appointed and featured an amazing view of the Seattle waterfront including the Ferris wheel. Our room had a massive TV, ample storage, plenty of wall outlets / charge ports, mini fridge, large working desk, and plenty of lighting. The only complaint is the bathroom shower can’t be enclosed so water splashes everywhere and the shower area doesn’t stay warm and I would like firmer pillows. The furnishing looked brand-new and didn’t show any sign of wear. The hotel gym was world-class. Staff were so friendly. Owen at the front desk was so welcoming and really helped take care of us. All other staff were so nice - just an all-around good experience. The location is a bit further inland than Pikes Place but still well within downtown with most major attractions in walking distance. The upside is the area fells very safe with nearby luxury shopping and high-rises.
Centrally located and has a big area for pick-up and drop off. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meeting spaces were easy to use and we were able to meet up in the lobby with no issues. The room was comfortable, but it did feel a bit damp, causing me to run the fan constantly, however, this did get better during the duration of the stay. Good accommodations for a business event.
