Hyatt Regency Sofia

Absolutely wonderful experience – highly recommend! Our stay at Hyatt Sofia was outstanding in every way. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The room we stayed in was upgraded to a lovely garden-view room, which was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — close to many great restaurants and right next to a 24/7 convenience store, which made grabbing snacks and essentials super easy. One of the most touching moments was the thoughtful surprise arranged by the hotel staff to help us celebrate a special occasion (a graduation). A handwritten card, fresh fruit, and wine made it truly memorable. The rooftop bar has breathtaking city views, amazing cocktails, and delicious food. Breakfast was top-notch — a mix of buffet and à la carte items with high quality and reasonable pricing. The spa, though not very large, is well-equipped, peaceful, and has friendly staff who go out of their way to make your experience relaxing. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and welcoming. We truly felt cared for and appreciated during our stay. Without a doubt, we would love to return.

Great hotel, right in the centre of Sofia. Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you could need. Staff are helpful and room service is 24/7 with lots of local options as well as international dishes. Service, including check-in and at the spa, was very good also. Can’t complain about anything, especially for the quite reasonable price.

Great modern hotel close to tourist sights. 5 minute walk to Nevsky Cathedral and within 20 minutes walk to most major tourist attractions in Sofia. Great breakfast that includes plentiful buffet as well as made to order items. Room was modern, clean, and spacious. Lots of water restocked daily. Great club lounge and fitness facilities.
