Our group of 3 ladies had a lovely afternoon at the Hyatt after purchasing pool day passes through ResortPass. We were greeted cheerfully by Layla at the front desk, who welcomed us and warmly explained the amenities. Michael at the pool cafe made our day with friendly and efficient service, even during peak busy hours. He mixed creative drinks and was the perfect level of attentive. We’d highly recommend this hotel to others and can’t wait to come back!
Elena & Adara at the front desk are incredibly nice, extremely friendly, funny, and very helpful! They made us feel very welcomed and happy to be staying there for our work trip. They both went above & beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. Every interaction was warm and welcoming. They helped with our check-in, coordinated our parking & gave lots of great recommendations, including to enjoy the Beer Baron where we had a wonderful meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return & spend more time at this lovely establishment that is staffed by incredible people. Thank you very much for all your help, Elena & Adara! Our first stay at Hyatt Regency Sonoma was absolutely wonderful and truly unforgettable. We spent a week there and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff gave us a warm welcome—especially to our dog, which meant a lot to us. We especially loved the fenced garden in the backyard—it was a perfect spot to relax. The location is super convenient, close to both restaurants and the freeway, yet still peaceful. Breakfast was great every morning, and the hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. We also had the chance to try some amazing wine from a nearby winery, which added to the experience. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The only small downside was one front desk staff member who could use a bit of improvement in customer service, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed everything else. We’ll definitely be coming back!
