Beautiful and convenient hotel. Many smalls and restaurants at the surrounding. The restaurants in the hotels also very good. Hotel staffs also very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Will surely be back again

This was my first time going to a 5-star hotel overseas where the staff were not able to communicate to guests. Not just in English, staff in the kitchen wasn’t even able to communicate with body language. I was asking if the breakfast food contains pork, and they don’t understand. It was unfortunate that during my 4 nights stay, I only get to eat bread and egg for my breakfast. The room was okay, the bed was comfy. I find having separate room for shower and toilet inconvenient, not to mention the absence of bidet 🥲 but the location is quite strategic. Right in front of the hotel is the entrance to the subway station, the expo centre and the lake were just walking distance away. All in all, 4 stars out of 5.

Hi This hotel has the worst service I have ever seen in the world for a supposed 5 star hotel. Why? The temperature of the room is not manageable by the customer. Which is absolutely not fair. All the rooms have the same temperature control by a central . Which means if you want get cooler you have to ask fir opening the window. And turn off the A C My room was booked and in charge by our local parter. The front desk refused to add the dinner which was covered buy our partner .... And because I have no means of payment. We sent back the dinner.... When you call for someone to fix internet because they enter a wrong name in the booking (another mistakes only 2 or 3 people can speak English) you have to wait more than 40 minutes. ... And so on.... Sorry to leave this comment. But please think twice when you are willing to book this hotel....
