Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect — very close to the airport and the casino, with a free shuttle service to both, which was extremely convenient. The hotel itself is large, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the large pools are a great bonus. You could easily spend your entire time at the hotel without even needing to go out, as there is plenty to do and it’s such a pleasant place to be. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

We love the Hyatt Thessaloniki. The hotel is fantastic in every single way, but the staff is just out of this world. Employees are very friendly and always willing to help. The staff is really focused on delivering the best experience for their guests. If you want to experience hospitality at its best and the true meaning of Greek „philoxenia“, Hyatt Thessaloniki is the right place to spend your family vacations.

Although the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is a very good hotel, it falls short of being great due to its average customer service. The facilities are very good, the rooms spacious and the breakfast is excellent. However, management's main concern does not seem to be to make guests feel valued and welcome. To be clear, you get everything you pay for, but there is no consideration, in exceptional circumstances, to go the extra mile for the customer. So it gives you more of a business feeling (which it is of course), and falls short of creating that good feeling.
