Hyatt Regency Times Square

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square during a recent trip to New York. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, just steps from Broadway and all the action, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a stunning view of the skyline. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. I especially appreciated the quick and easy check-in process. The rooftop bar is a real highlight – the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, with incredible views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Newly renovated hotel, we stayed here for 4 days in a 2 queen beds with Times Square view room. The hotel location was convenient, close to everything and we felt safe. We would start the day with some sightseeing and then come back to the room to shower and change and go out again for dinner. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We requested a room on a high floor so the outside noise was faint. 80°F to 98°F weather in NYC so the room was warm during the day but cold at night. We had a small portable fan that helped circulate the air and keep the room cool during the day. No pool but the gym was nice. There were some problems with the elevator not working but we were told they were being fixed. Our experience with guest services were positive. All the staff we encountered were professional, pleasant and accommodating. We had a minor issue with booking a room with breakfast included, but the hotel's restaurant was closed for renovation and the hotel didn't offer breakfast during our visit. We were compensated somewhat but I would have rather booked a non breakfast room rate had I known. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square hotel. Thank you.

It's close to everything and is centralized. The staff were kind and fixed what they could but it started with our reservation not being correct. AC in rooms was weak. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Elevators were extremely long wait and very loud. Parking was not available due to construction. Good views though. Be sure to check before booking that what your being told is correct...
