Spacious, Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service – Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay I stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay with my daughter, and compared to many other local hotels in Japan, the room was surprisingly spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The mattress was also in excellent condition, providing a great night's sleep. As soon as we got out of the taxi, a bellboy immediately helped with our luggage. I tried to assist since we had quite a few bags, but he kindly insisted on handling everything himself, which made check-in feel very smooth and relaxing. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus not only to Disneyland but also to nearby train stations, which was incredibly helpful. The bathroom was large and clean, with a separate shower and a deep soaking bathtub. The tub was deep enough for an adult to fully immerse and unwind, which I personally loved. My daughter also really enjoyed it. On the last day, we needed to leave our luggage at the front desk and take the shuttle into the city before heading to the airport. Just as the shuttle was about to depart, a Korean staff member with the last name Seo handled our checkout incredibly quickly and efficiently, allowing us to catch the shuttle with no stress. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism — she made a great final impression and deserves recognition. We had such a great experience that we’re already planning to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Fantastic hotel as part of the Hyatt Regency line. They had a great Regency Club, though it was a little different during breakfast as it used the same buffet as the main dining area, you just had to walk to a separate area afterwards. Rooms were decent size and comfortable. The location is very specifically for being nearby Disney though and it is quite a hike to Tokyo. They do have a couple of shuttles each day that take you to Tokyo which was helpful - would be nice if they had more of them though.

Absolutely horrible shuttle bus schedules and accommodations!!! Their shuttle bus from the JR station could simply not be found, even by a Japanese speaker. We ended up taking the public bus instead. For the Disney parks, terrible shuttle bus service too. Bad times, impossible locations for boarding. We ended up riding the Comfort Suites shuttle instead because it was far more convenient. They wouldn't even let us ride their "free" shuttle bus into Tokyo (even though seats were available!!!) because we hadn't made a reservation. I understand first come, first serve, but THERE WERE SEATS AVAILABLE and they didn't let us ride. I know this place is popular with the points booking crowd, but trust me when I say it isn't worth it for the hassle to get to Tokyo Disney. Get a closer hotel, or even the Comfort Suites right next door for a better overall experience.
