Hyatt Regency Toronto

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto while visiting with friends to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we arrived, Vaisha at the front desk made the experience outstanding—warm, kind, and very welcoming. She recognized our loyalty status right away and went above and beyond to help us secure a much-needed roll-away bed to accommodate our group. It really set the tone for the entire stay. Throughout our visit, Deep and the other agents were equally helpful, responding quickly to our chats and texts anytime we had questions or needed assistance. The service was consistently excellent across the board. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right in Toronto’s vibrant Entertainment District, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed. A highlight of the property is the rooftop pool, which offers beautiful city views and made for a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff truly made us feel welcome, and we’re already looking forward to returning the next time we visit Toronto. Highly recommended!

My partner and I stay here every time we travel to Toronto, which is a few times a year. The service is fantastic at check in, the restaurant, and room service. Rooms are always clean and orderly. Location is pretty good, not incredibly close to Roger’s centre or Scotiabank but that reflects cost. We have never used the pool/ sauna so cannot comment on that. The only set back is my partner cannot seem to figure out connecting his phone to the TV, but that’s minor and I usually can. Would recommend.

The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel. The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. They had extra information on hand to help us navigate how to get to a concert across town. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were cool and quiet. I would stay here again.
