Stayed here for a concert at BOK Center. I selected this hotel due to the free shuttle service and proximity to the concert venue. Shuttle service was such a convenience. Hotel itself was pristinely clean and all staff members were pleasant. Room was spacious, had large mini fridge with freezer and kurig coffee maker, great water pressure and the towels were so soft. Wifi was easy to connect to and worked great. Coffee shop and restaurant had great ambiances and stellar service. The park area just outside was lovely. Pool and gym areas were nice. Gym has a water bottle fill station, room temp and chilled workout towels and headphones. Hotel layout was fantastic as everything is close to the elevators so wasn't a hassle running up to my room and back down. Shoutout to Johnna! She was such a doll and truly went above and beyond to enhance my stay.
After staying in the Hyatt Regency St Louis on our route 66 tour we were not looking forward to staying at the Hyatt Regency in Tulsa… however, this hotel was amazing. The staff were super attentive, we were given complimentary water, valet staff were very fast and efficient, the breakfast prices were a it more reasonable so we had food there and the portions were not only big but incredibly tasty. The room felt fresh and cared for. I left my watch there and while it’s costing me a lot to ship ($101- which seems excessive) the staff were very quick at locating the item and helping us sort this matter out. A much more enjoyable experience and Hyatt St Louis could learn a thing or two from you.
Don’t waste your money. At first I thought the hotel looked really nice. But upon entering our room I found it to be very outdated. The toilet ran constantly and very loudly. Not all the lights worked. We had club access and found that room to also be very outdated with half working appliances. The worst part of the stay was the fire alarm that went off at 10pm that forced me and my two young children to evacuate the building from the 14th floor. The alarm continued to go off until almost midnight. I was told by the Morning Shift Supervisor, Amy Smith, that they’d work with the agency I booked the stay with for a partial refund but later found out that she denied the refund and is no longer responsive to me. Don’t stay here if sleeping and customer service is important to you.
