From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, always greeting me with a smile and genuine warmth. You can tell they take pride in their work they were attentive, responsive, and consistently kind throughout my visit. It’s rare to find such a strong combination of efficiency and hospitality, but this place nailed it. Every interaction felt personal, and I never once felt like “just another guest.” The quality of service I received made my experience not just enjoyable, but memorable. If you’re looking for a place where people truly care about your experience, look no further. Exceptional staff, outstanding service highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great stay! We had a great view, friendly staff, and perfect walking location. After our stay, I contacted the hotel about my rings that i originally thought I left in the room. The housekeeping staff and management were thorough in their investigation and response. Then I found my rings! I know! I’m THAT guy. In my previous work experience, I understand just how much time can be devoted to a request like mine. They were professional and thoughtful through the process. Big thanks to a great stay and communication following.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share our deeply upsetting experience at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. During our stay, the hotel lost my 10-year-old son’s beloved comfort item—a stuffed “lovey” he has had since he was one year old. It likely happened when housekeeping changed the sheets, as we left the room for the day and returned to find it missing. We immediately notified the front desk and explained the emotional significance of the item, hoping for some urgency or empathy in response. Instead, we were met with cold indifference. Staff simply referred us to the lost and found with no effort to investigate or take responsibility. No one offered to speak to housekeeping, check the linen carts or laundry room, or do anything beyond reading off the lost and found policy like a script. We were left to do all the follow-up ourselves, and to this day, there has been no proactive communication, no apology, and no concern shown for what this loss meant to our child. This was not just about a misplaced item—it was a moment that required basic human empathy and hospitality, especially from a hotel of this caliber. Instead, we felt dismissed and ignored. I expected more from the Hyatt brand. Guests entrust hotels with their space and belongings, and families—especially those traveling with children—deserve to be treated with care when something goes wrong. Sadly, that was not our experience here.
