Hyatt Regency Xi An

Hyatt Regency Xi'an is a flagship that represents the high quality hotel. Comfortable room, great amenities and one of the best service. I was particularly impressed by the manager Mr. Yang or Hunter He remembers our name as a friend but also be there providing very professional service along our stay. Highly recommend the hotel for a enjoyable getaway.

i love that i was upgraded to a suite room as a globalist. but i needed to wait until 4pm to actually get in the room. the lounge was ok. location is great if you want to visit qujiang.

I am amazed how beautiful this hotel is, Good communication skills, even their chef's make sure gives you the hospitality you need during buffets. Not until i try to reach out them, 38minutes after we checked out. Inform them that i forgot my right earbuds on our room. give guest information, and tell them to check with their cleaners.... and they did not respond already. My sad experience in Xi'an because of my negligence and no help with the staff of this hotel.
