Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan. The hotel ticks all the right boxes — modern rooms, warm service, and a very convenient location. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a large bathtub and a comfortable bed. The view of the bay was a nice bonus, and despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and well soundproofed. Service from the hotel staff was professional and attentive throughout. Whether it was the front desk, concierge, or housekeeping, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a good variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, including a noodle station. Everything was fresh and tasty, though I do agree that the price is slightly on the high side if breakfast isn’t included in the room rate. What I especially appreciated was the hotel’s location right next to 湾悦城, a modern mall with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. It made it very convenient to grab a quick bite, do some shopping, or just take a stroll in the evening without needing to venture far. The area also offers easy access to public transport, including metro and BRT, and is just a short drive from the airport. Overall, Hyatt Regency Wuyuanwan is a great base for exploring Xiamen, whether you’re here for business or leisure.

It’s located to my place of business and 30mins to the tourist attractions of Xiamen. The place is clean, friendly service crew and with direct access to the shopping mall. Room wise, it’s comfortable and cosy, except that the temperature is always lower than what I set, slightly too cold for my comfort.
