Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle

We had a great overnight stay here for our layover in Zurich. A great location if you’re mostly coming and going from the airport, as it’s just across the street and takes about 5 minutes to get to departures. We were able to easily get downtown via train straight from the airport’s train station, and made our early morning flight with no hassle. The room was very modern and clean, with lots of wood details that added warmth. The breakfast provided in the hotel is also quite good and convenient for those with morning flights. We also had a great service from Lea, who was friendly and made our stay great! If you stay in a club level room/have Hyatt status, the lounge is on the top of the building and has a nice patio to sit at in warmer weather. Very peaceful. I also worried the sounds of the airplanes would be crazy that close to the airport but it was a very quiet hotel, couldn’t hear anything.

Fantastic location with modern aesthetic and all amenities. It is a very comfortable stay, walking distance to the airport, train station and many retail and food options. The sound proofing is exceptional, you can look out of your floor to ceiling window and watch planes depart and can not hear a thing! Spacious and clean, it is a wonderful hotel to use as a base for your Switzerland adventure. Probably the best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever had with high quality cold meats, beautiful selection of cheeses, fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurts, juices and hot options with a chef available to cook eggs to your liking. It is a very expensive stay, but considering the comfort and convenience, I would highly recommend.

This hotel was extremely convenient for us as we concluded our vacation. The location at the airport made our departure simple. The train station at the same location made day trips around Zurich a breeze. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Staff, especially at check-in, were all very easant and helpful! My only negative for the hotel was the pricing, including in the restaurant, where a decent breakfast would have been approximately $50 US.
