One of the best hotel experiences that I’ve had in New York! I cannot say enough kind things about the female front desk employee we met last night- I can’t remember her name, but I want to say it was Elise or Annabel or something along those lines. She was so incredibly kind when she heard it was my boyfriend’s first time in New York & upgraded our room for free to a corner view. She also threw in 2 drink tickets to kick off our trip!! What a gem. Loved this place and how clean + comfortable it was!
Stayed here over the weekend and had a great experience. The rooms are an amazing value (by NYC standards) in terms of size, comfort, noise, and cleanliness. The location was fantastic for the logistics of my trip. But best of all was the helpful team. Tons of staff that were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Most nyc hotels in this price range are understaffed and not as professional as this team. Excited for my next visit already.
After being delayed all day from travel, we were greeted with an easy check in experience, a shoddy AC, a dirty bathroom floor, water pressure that's either off or on and scolding, and a long black hair in the middle of our sheets. I hope you like noise because the hotel has been under construction for a while, was supposed to be done in April and they start promptly at 8am. The sound proofing in each room is abysmal where you hear every door open and close and none of your conversations are private. The hotels restaurant is overrated and exorbitantly expensive. At this price point, this was the single worst hotel experience of my life. Location is good though.
