Hyatt Vancouver Downtown Alberni

We loved our stay at Hyatt Alberni. Our one bedroom suite was perfect with our 1.5 y.o. son. The curtains fully blacked out our rooms so he was able to sleep in his travel crib in the living room. The location is perfect, walkable to so many great spots and we really liked the valet/check-in entrance underground—made for a smooth, less stressful check in process and allowed us more time to load and unload every time we left and returned. Our room was emaculate. So clean and simply but beautifully designed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Ariel at the smoothie bar by the pool was so sweet and friendly. Alejandro and Nathan at valet and Daniel at the front desk were all wonderful. I can’t remember the name of the housekeeper, (Nashka maybe?)—she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to take many pictures of our room or the hotel but it’s a lovely spot.
