Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya

Wife and I recently stayed at this resort and was blown away by the experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and the shower was next-level incredible. You can tell they paid attention to every detail when it came to comfort and luxury. The grounds were meticulously maintained and just gorgeous. Even though the resort was at 80% capacity during our stay, it never felt crowded. There was always a sense of peace and space, which made it incredibly relaxing. Now let’s talk about the food—out of this world! Every meal we had was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that were clearly prepared with care and creativity. And the best part? We never had to wait for drinks. The staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure our glasses were full. This resort truly sets the bar high. Can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Zilara impressed us with its stunning beauty. The main lobby was absolutely breathtaking—open, airy, and designed to immediately set a tone of luxury and relaxation. It truly felt like stepping into paradise. The pool area was equally impressive, offering a serene and picturesque escape with plenty of space to unwind. Whether we were lounging poolside or enjoying a swim, the atmosphere was perfect. The room was beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and elegance. Every detail added to the sense of calm and luxury we were hoping for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. Hyatt Zilara exceeded our expectations in every way!

Everything was perfect, everybody at this hotel is greeting you with a smile, being helpful, assisting you, can't complain of anything and do thank and appreciate everything here. Special mention to Viviana from the pool bar, Irvin and Ricardo from the tempest restaurant, what an excellent treatment all they gave me, I enjoyed so much my time here. If you are planning going to Riviera Maya this summer, do make your reservation at Zilara, you will enjoy so much everything here, the pool is not too bic but with enough space so you can enjoy and relax, the beach is beautiful, I'm sure during the season where there is no sargasum it must be amazing. The rooms have incredible view, the food at all the restaurants is amazing, the drinks at the bars are excellent, I can assure that you will have a great time here.
