Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana All Inclusive

Our recent stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana exceeded every expectation and left us genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest, most attentive staff—every single person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from day one. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with lush landscaping, thoughtful architecture, and beautifully curated decor that blends luxury with tropical charm. Whether lounging by the pool or walking the pathways to the beach, every detail felt intentional and elevated. What truly stood out was the diversity in food options—every restaurant delivered unique flavors, and no two meals felt the same. From vibrant local dishes to international favorites, there was something for everyone, and all of it was delicious. This resort is also a dream for families traveling together. It’s designed to bring people together while still offering plenty of space and flexibility so that individual routines and preferences aren’t sacrificed. Whether you wanted early-morning beach walks, spa time, kids’ activities, or simply quiet moments to yourself—there was a perfect balance. We had a fabulous stay at this resort. From the moment we entered the lobby we knew it would be a fabulous vacation!! David at the front desk immediately greeted us and made us feel so welcome! He even gave us a tour which felt over the top but we loved the experience and getting to know the grounds! He is an amazing staff member and made our vacation feel special! The grounds are amazing and clean. Everyone is very friendly and has immaculate customer service! We have been to the top AI and non AI resorts in the Turks, Playa, Bahamas, etc this year and this one takes the cake with customer service! The employees look for ways to say "yes," rather than "no." The food was fine for an AI. We had good meals and we had meals that we liked better than others. The location inside of Cap Cana felt very safe! I would not stay anywhere else! The pools were busy but we were able to score at least two chairs and an umbrella each day in either the club pool or regular. We did do a cabana once but I didn't feel it's necessary. Our kids loved this resort, so did we!

Overall, I really liked my stay at Hyatt Ziva, although I still expected a bit more for the price. The resort is super super super clean, and the food was delicious. I especially appreciated that at the buffet, staff serve you directly and the food is covered/protected so people can’t touch it or cough near it — a great feature with kids The Ziva pool is large, clean, and offers a beautiful view toward the ocean. The beach is wide, with soft white sand, but unfortunately we visited during high sargassum season, so the water was murky.... The main downside was room cleaning at arrival — we had to wait- late because our room wasn’t ready, and once inside, it hadn’t been cleaned well (we found hair from previous guests ,shampoo, dust). I also think there aren’t enough restaurant choices for the price. Kids loved the teen zone (13+) - fun and nice, and we enjoyed the water slides, although they’re a bit far from the rest of the resort so we ended up using them less. In summary: Beautiful, well-maintained resort with excellent food and family-friendly touches, but a few areas could be improved for the cost.
