Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos All Inclusive

Place is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are what you'd expect from an All Inclusive. The staff make this place stand out. I want to mention 2 people in particular. Alberto from Guerrero at the buffet restaurant had us feeling we were with family . If you go ask for his section. Ivan at the pool nearest to the beach went over and beyond with his service. I hope I got his name right . I had been drinking. This place doesn't disappoint worth every penny.

Stayed here and overall it was a beautiful experience. The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and filled with vibrant energy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, which really added to the positive atmosphere. The food was enjoyable, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. However, we did experience some long waits over 40 minutes at a couple of spots even though reservations weren’t required. One downside was the elevator situation. One was out of service during our stay, and the elevators that were running are very small fitting a max of four people at a time. This often led to long wait times, especially when large groups were trying to use them, so we opted for the stairs most of the time. On the bright side, the adults-only pool and bar area was a nice escape, and we loved the foam party definitely a fun highlight of the trip! Despite a few inconveniences, I’d still recommend Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for anyone looking for a relaxing and vibrant getaway with great service and beautiful views.

Good location and the staff were exceedingly friendly and polite. At one point, we thought we had a hot water problem and they had a maintenance person there within minutes. The room was high-tech and kept clean by the cleaning staff. Breakfast choices were limited. Restaurants were beautifully decorated and very upscale. The food however, was average at best. In particular, the chicken in the butter chicken, Indian dish was not the expected chicken breast chunks, but full of bristle and connective tissue. The pools and pool site service were excellent. Again the staff were amazing, friendly and cheerful at all times.
