Had a great stay here. Hotel is in a great location, staff are lovely and the room was really nice. It was small but exactly what we needed. I couldn't find anything to complain about. The bed was very comfortable. I'd stay here again in an instant
Good location, very nice staff - Stella at the front desk was just lovely! As with any hotel in Europe at a lower cost (my room was 237 pounds for one night) it was incredibly small, but quite comfortable for sleeping which was all I really needed as I was adventuring around the city otherwise. And I was elated to have working air conditioning! I took a star off on the rooms only because there were spare hairs in the shower upon arrival that were definitely not mine and I question how well a room is cleaned when I see that.
Unplanned stay here (flight cancellation) and was nervous given the below reviews, but pleasantly surprised. Viceroy rooms are a bit dated but well appointed and comfortable. Staff helpful. No complaints
