On a hot sunny weekend, it’s great to have the air conditioning working perfectly. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Everything was just simply perfect. Would come back
Hotel have amazing location, it’s near to city center. The rooms are modern, really clean. We was on 11th floor and the views was amazing. Workers are really nice, breakfast was delicious. Our main attention get Emmanuel Korsah- he was really nice to us, he answered our questions and he also tell us some places worth to see. He made amazing pancakes and omelettes. WE RECOMMEND this hotel 😊😊😊
When I inquired at the front desk about a document left by a colleague after check-out, the staff’s attitude was extremely uncooperative and dismissive. I pointed out a file that was clearly left on the desk by my colleague, but the staff member took a quick glance and insisted it wasn’t the one without even picking it up to check. I waited on-site for 10 minutes, and eventually another staff member kindly helped by picking it up and confirming the name on it — it was indeed the document I was there to collect. The original staff member, upon realizing the mistake, simply turned and walked away without any apology or response. This is not the kind of service one should expect from a hotel.
