Hyperion Hotel Hamburg

Great hotel. Clean, beautiful view from the gym. Spacious room, nice shower. Perfect spot to rest after long days of work or tourism. Getting to it from the central train station is quite shady at night, though. Do not follow the Google directions. Instead, follow the main roads. Regions surrounding train stations are notoriously shady in Germany.

The room was modern and very clean, including the bathroom. It was also well appointed with everything you could need - including free mini bar and snacks that were refilled each day. The staff were friendly and stored our luggage both on our day of arrival and departure.

Stayed here with my family for two nights, we had superior double room with extra bed for 5 yo. Decent room size, but on smaller side. Great view, new bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with fresh omelette made by a chef and great seating options. Make sure to be there early. Location is right next to motorway so not cozy but very convenient if you travel by car. Underground parking available but places are limited. From the hotel you can travel quickly to city centre by bus, S ban or U ban. Staff helped me with everything I asked for. Overall solid value for money. Probably would work best for business trips.
