Hyperion Hotel München

I had a great stay at the Hyperion Hotel Munich. The hotel is clean, modern, and upscale, with a very convenient location—just a short walk from the office. The gym is well-equipped and never too crowded, making it easy to stick to a routine. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive and diverse selection. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

І had а great stay at this hotel. The room was new, clean, and very comfortable. І really appreciated the slippers - а small touch that made а big difference. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The location is also very convenient: you can get to the city center directly on tram number 19 without any transfers. Highly recommend! Very beautiful room! I will come again.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the HYPERION Hotel München, especially considering the hotel’s reputation and price point. The issues began with my first room, where the minibar wasn’t working and the heating system only blew cold air, despite being set to its highest temperature. When I reported this to reception around 5 pm on Friday, I was told maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next day — a surprising lack of responsiveness for a hotel of this size. The in-room coffee machine had visible mould in the water container and a strong unpleasant smell, clearly indicating it hadn’t been cleaned. Despite asking housekeeping to clean it, nothing was done — I returned later to find it in exactly the same condition. I was then moved to a second room, where the shower temperature fluctuated dangerously — from lukewarm to scalding hot — making it unsafe to use. Heating again didn’t work properly, and while a small electric heater was provided, it wasn’t sufficient for the room size. In a third room, the same mould issue was present in the coffee machine, and one mug had a visible mould ring inside. The unsafe shower issue persisted here as well. On top of that, there were long hairs from previous guests, poor bathroom cleaning, and the minibar was left unstocked on my final day. I raised these concerns with staff multiple times, including at check-out, but no refund or compensation was offered. Overall, this stay fell far below expected standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and makes improvements, as the potential is clearly there — but this was not an acceptable experience.
