Hyperion Hotel Salzburg

Wow! wonderful hotel! Im not an easy costumer...I read all reviews off all hotels before booking. I want sparkling cleen, quiet, air-conditioned, good shower and of course good location and excellent service. We found all those in the Hyperion hotel Salzburg! the hotel is right across from the mirabell gardens but on a quiet spot. The rooms are lovely, great shower and the hospitality warm and welcoming. We had a problem with the air- conditioning and were upgraded to a biger room. the staff went out of their way to assist us and always with a smile. the breakfast was also lovely with wide variety. So don't even think twice! great hotel to visit Salzburg!!!💕

We stayed here for one night en route to Hallstatt from Munich to experience a bit of Salzburg and it did not disappoint. The staff were absolutely excellent upon check-in. Extremely friendly and accommodating. They called us within five minutes of us getting into our room to make sure everything was okay. The hotel is updated and spotless, and the rooms are well appointed. We stayed in a Superior Double Room. Turn down service was even offered in the evening. The location is great! It's a short taxi ride to the train station, and an easy walk across the river to the old town. We highly recommend making reservations at IMLAUER Sky Bar & Restaurant. It's right by the hotel, and it's a beautiful restaurant with excellent service and delicious food.

Great location. Comfortable, large bed, down pillows. Cozy rooms. Only the bar and reception staff are not very hospitable. The air conditioner does not cool very well.
