Hôtel Arvor Saint Georges

This is a great Hotel for Paris and in a fairly good and quiet location with public transport nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. They were kind to give an early check in. The room was simplistic but nicely decorated and clean. Windows are sound proof but the room is not entirely soundproof as you can hear voices form the corridor but since its a small hotel that was not very frequent. Also for people who prefer extremely chilled rooms , the room doesn't get that cool. Ok by European standards though.

Staff were extremely welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble! The room was gorgeous and cleaned everyday. Perfect location with lovely restaurants and a metro station nearby. We loved every minute and will definitely be returning :-)

Since the first evening of our stay we didn't have hot water in the shower. Each night we called the lobby and got a different answer. First someone told us that many people are using the shower at the same time, then that there's a problem in the sewege system, then that there's a problem with the water heater in the hotel. All these different answers show that nobody's actually checking and we are being, unintentionally or not, lied to. At night we were told to wait for 40 minutes or more and stayed up waiting until late, in the promise of the problem being handled some way, and for hot water to appear. The waiting didn't help and just made us miserable at night and tired at morning. We also told the receptionist on sunday morning, who promised to handle it. At the evening the other receptionist wasn't even aware of our problem and said he had nothing to do about it. We were promised a refund by the receptionist which never came. I also sent an enail and got no response. Very disappointed, would not recommend
