On the day that we checked in to the hotel, the staff member who was checking us in had a bright smile and warmly welcomed us. She was very detailed in explaining everything to us since this was our first time with them. Housekeeping was very thoughtful and professional.
Excellent location and the rooms are comfortable. Choice of breakfast could be better, especially for a 4-star hotel. Also the refill of coffee and shampoo in the room is not consistent. You have to ask for it at times.
Nice hotel very short walk to the Grotto. Air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities in room. Stayed in room with balcony. We booked 2 room the same but one had a larger balcony than the other which was disappointing. It was very hot during day but balcony had a lovely breeze in the evening. Breakfast was adequate, maybe abit more fruit would have been nice. Also need to fill up when items run out. Staff we helpful and put things right straight away.
