Hôtel Atlas Saiss Fès

It is an average hotel but well located and one can get to places by walking. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They do not have huge variety of food but the food is decent. We were never able to figure out room temperature, it was either too cold or too hot.

We stayed at this hotel because our tour Exoticca Tours booked it as in upgraded hotel. It is a place to sleep. The rooms fine. But carry only the minimum. No water, not even a pen, only one glass in room and one glass in washroom. Service is great from staff, very attentive. But hotel could use a magic easer and do a deep clean. The view out the window was of trash and dirt. It was gross outside.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The only good thing about it was the friendly staff and the bed was comfortable. The buffet was tasteless and had limited options but I could have put up with that if I didn't have the worst room in the entire hotel. Honestly I think it was a health hazard. The room was clearly well used. Everything (floors, walls and furtniture) was scuffed and beat up. But the worst was the mould I found. The room very clearly had water issues. I was there with a group and the hotel was full so I could not change rooms, otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else.
