Very comfortable, great service (Hugo was extremely helpful and speaks English 😀), beautiful meals and delightful outdoor garden area for meals or just a drink.
Cannot comment about the rooms as we only called in for a drink in the evening. But this is clearly an hotel of quality. Located in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Provins, it has atmospheric outside seating where digs on leads are allowed. Service is good and the range of drinks ( hot or cold) is extensive.
No fridge, no micro, no kettle. It was cool inside, dust under the bed. The staff is nice and helpful. The furniture was broken. It is good for people who like medieval things.
