Definitely deserves the 4 stars. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Above all that, the guest service on its own deserves a 5-star rating as they're always present, kind, and professional. Also, they provide a wide variety of meals with the possibility of personalization.
The hotel was not clean. Towels and bed covers were old and worn out. There was mold in the shower and no shampoo. The floor was dirty, and the room smelled bad, like damp laundry. I didn't feel comfortable during my stay.
Don’t forget Ashe your money here , go somewhere else and have better sleep, Uncomfortable bed and bad service this hotel is Not 4 stars it 2 stars max
