Hôtel Cannes Centre Univers

It's a very good hotel not far from La Croisette and very close to the railway station. The staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are not so big, but they're very clean and there is a spacious bathroom. A big plus is the breakfast room on the top of the building, where you can enjoy the view of Cannes when you're having a breakfast. If I visit Cannes again, for sure I will come back here.

Really run down hotel with extremely bad service. Rooms are extremely tiny - Classic room is advertised as 16sqm suitable for 2 adults and a child up to 13yo. The room contains one double bed pushed to the easel and only squeezing distance to the bathroom. You can’t open a suitcase unless it on the bed. It’s advertised as 4 star, however it had no coffee making facilities, no glass cups, no minibar just a non-functional old mini fridge, no bathrobes or slippers, paper cups, clogged sink. They ask for the payment BEFORE they give you the keys as they know majority of clients are unsatisfied with their service and will not pay. There is a really bad odour, cleaning is at very low standard - carpets are so dirty that you won’t walk barefoot. Internet is extremely bad. Room advertised as city view has the below view. It was also an adjoining room where I could hear neigbour’s snoring and body odour. Avoid at all costs.

This is literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The air conditioning doesn’t work, the rooms don’t have basic amenities like water, towel hooks and shelving are coming loose from the walls, and housekeeping completely disregarded my do-not-disturb sign, came in and opened my windows during a peak heatwave and turned off my fan. Would not return, would not recommend.
